Once the home to Sunset Magazine, Willow Park is an ~86,000 square foot creative office redevelopment comprising two single-story buildings located on ten acres in Menlo Park, CA, close to downtown Palo Alto.
To help reposition Willow Park within the marketplace and increase leasing velocity, I developed inspiring interior and exterior design schemes for the project, provided art direction, and hand-selected furnishings for the property’s market-ready spaces. I also directed Willow Park’s website redesign project, created a tagline for the campus (Work. Thrive. Grow.), copyedited the property’s online and print marketing materials, and provided end-to-end project management for 85 Willow's monument sign design and installation. Finally, I planned a high-end Abundance-themed holiday event to reintroduce Willow Park to the brokerage community.
