2125 O’Nel Drive is a two-story, ~111,000 square foot steel-framed creative office/R&D building situated on a 5.2-acre site in the heart of Silicon Valley’s “Golden Triangle” in North San Jose, CA.
I designed a custom Silicon Valley-inspired feature wall graphic for 2125 O’Nel Drive’s main lobby and specified high-end interior furnishings for the project’s lobby, conference room, café-style kitchen, and locker rooms. I also specified colorful site furniture to activate the property’s outdoor amenity space and created a marketing video showcasing the newly renovated building’s elegant entry design and inviting, light-filled market-ready interiors. To aid in the leasing effort, I developed branded marketing collateral for the property, oversaw the refresh of 2125 O’Nel Drive’s exterior signage design, and planned a Spring into Summer-themed open house on the summer solstice to reintroduce the project to the Silicon Valley brokerage community. The event was a great success with upwards of 100 brokers in attendance.
