Originally designed in 1968 by famed Los Angeles modernist architect Craig Ellwood, 777 Aviation has been transformed into an elegant, amenity-rich, ~318,000 square foot multi-tenant workplace. It is the ultimate destination for innovative companies looking to take their businesses to new heights.
To create excitement and generate buzz about the property’s redevelopment, I directed 777 Aviation’s website redesign project and planned an aviation-themed launch party for a targeted group of tenant-rep brokers—the exclusive preview of 777 Aviation featured aviation-inspired cocktails and high-flying silks performances. The event was well-received, not only by the brokerage community but also by the City’s Major and Economic Development Manager and key members of the press.
