PARK POINT
Park Point is a class “A” three-building, 30-acre creative office/R&D campus located in the Route 237 Corridor submarket in Milpitas, CA. The project boasts inspiring contemporary design including reimagined building entries that promote intuitive wayfinding, light-filled interior spaces, and extensive “backyard” amenities that feature sculptural topography, a fitness center, outdoor kitchen, picnic patio, redwood grove with social fire pit terraces, full-sized basketball and sports courts, all-purpose recreation field, and multiple outdoor collaboration and recreation areas furnished with meeting tables and lounge and café seating.
PROJECT
To bolster Park Point’s leasing effort, I directed a 3D rendered flythrough marketing video highlighting the property's extensive outdoor amenity set, newly remodeled building lobbies, and fitness center while the project was still under construction. Following substantial completion, I directed and produced a second marketing video revealing the fully modernized and reenvisioned Park Point campus.
I branded Park Point’s fitness center, Flow Fitness Studio and designed an original logotype, interior and exterior signage, and custom environmental graphics for the space. The branded Flow Fitness Studio environment supports a motivating and memorable workout experience that connects people to place while differentiating Park Point in the leasing market.
I developed integrated signage design concepts for Park Point’s primary project and tenant identification monument signs, supervised the creation of Park Point's amended Master Sign Program (“MSP”) and authored a comprehensive sign variance submittal narrative that was key to the City Planning Department’s approval of Park Point’s amended MSP.
I created inspiring outdoor furniture design schemes for Park Point’s expansive “backyard” amenity areas and managed the procurement and installation of the project’s outdoor site furnishings and lobby furniture. I also helped curate “energetic photograms” by San Francisco Peninsula-based fine art photographer Robert Buelteman to display in Park Point’s building lobbies and developed object labels and didactic panels to orient building visitors to and meaningfully contextualize Buelteman’s images.
